The beautiful wedding of Imogen and Joe at Lindesay House. It is so special to be ‘let in’ at a wedding, and I felt like I got to know these two lovely humans so well over the day that I could tread gently, be careful and selective, and find moments like this to photograph as the day went on.

I’ll never forget chasing the brass band down the narrow steps to the wharf and trying not to trip over.

Guests from around the world descended upon the gorgeous island of Crete for Liz & Michael’s intimate celebration at the beautiful Agreco Farm. A hot and summery afternoon with a spectacular sunset. It felt like photographing a wedding with old friends - warm, intimate and oh so fun.

It rained six times. Six. It stormed and then it was sunny, and then it stormed again and it was sunny again, and all the while the wedding of Bec and Lachie moved on in the shimmer of love and joy and togetherness. Oh but the night. The mist whipped and billowed into the tent where the beautiful things were happening and the people were laughing and crying all at once and together

With families and cultures from around the world coming together in one space, it was a day full of music, food and wonderful surprises.

Incredibly intimate 35-guest wedding at the beautiful Margan Wine in the Hunter Valley.

From the moment Penny’s father peeked into the room, it was all on. The tears began, and so rolled on an emotion-filled backyard wedding spectacular in Penny and Lachie’s beautiful inner west terrace house in Sydney. Braving the near 100% forecast for rain, and with a dusting of Jacaranda blossoms, an unforgettable ceremony played out to over 100 guests.

Anna picked out a particular orientation for the ceremony that was a little bit different to the usual arrangement at Bendooley Estate. She had mentioned to me that she really liked the way the tree trunks behind the ceremony spot curled together, as if in an embrace.
This is the sort of detail I love. A beautiful, natural little detail that is easily overlooked but dictates how a whole ceremony (and a whole day) becomes unique and special.

Annaliese and James put together a stunning marquee wedding at their family’s private residence in Glenorie, NSW. From the home made sourdough pizzas, pasta, and a cannoli tower for a wedding cake, it was one of the most delicious days of 2022.

Mary & Zack met many years ago while studying in Canberra. They both moved to Sydney to pursue their careers in tech & finance, but always felt most at home in the country. Mudgee being close to their hearts, they chose the stunning Pavilion at Lowe for their venue, nestled amongst the beautiful Lowe Family Wine Co, just outside of town.

A beautiful harbourside setting, an iconic sailing club, and lots of hand made touches made this incredible afternoon wedding one for the books.

Mix together a Balinese-themed disco banquet at a classic Sydney bowling club, and the result is, well, rather darn epic.Ash and Kalim are just a wonderful, unique and thoughtful pair who patiently waited for their moment to celebrate togetherness amidst the pandemic. Window acquired, it was full steam ahead with what can only be described as “a vibe”.

Dora & James’ elegant Southern Highlands Wedding at Milton Park Country House & Spa in Bowral. This beautiful celebration combined two lovely families: Dora’s big, wonderful Greek family and James’ lovely Australian family, who are Southern Highland locals.
