You may have noticed things are a little different here.
The first thing you might have noticed is that there aren’t any big, flashy, boisterous photographs in these pages.
I passionately believe that a wedding day should not be all about the photographs (or the photographer).
Instead, it should be about you, your friends and your family.
I look for perfection in imperfection: real, raw, unguarded moments that make beautiful, honest memories.
Because that is where everybody looks their best: comfortable, relaxed, happy and in love.
If you’d like to hear a bit more about how I work, I sat down with The Lane to share some more of my thoughts.

A little bit about me.
Well, hello there. My name is Oliver. I’m a photographer who attends weddings.
I drink a lot of coffee.
I like the smell of burning wood.
I like looking at the ocean but I don’t always want to swim in it.
I don’t really like caramel but I really like jersey caramels.
I will eat almost anything that is pickled.
I am slightly afraid of birds.
I was once a lawyer. I really enjoyed it, but quit to pursue my passion for photography in 2017.
I spent too many of my university days skipping lectures to work as a music and fashion photographer, so it was a long time coming!
When I’m not taking photographs, I’m out hiking with my lovely fiancé. Her name is Gemma, and she is a talented clinical psychologist.
I spend the rest of my free time mountain biking. I’m not a cyclist, I just ride mountain bikes down steep hills.
Taking photographs of people who are in love makes me happy.
